Poha is a all India famous recipe basically made in breakfast or evening snack in most of Indian family. It is originated from Maharashtra and very healthy and tummy filling.
Steps

Wash Poha and keep aside. Chop all the veggies like carrot, onion, capsicum, potato etc.

Take a kadai add oil now add peanuts cook till crisp and take it out. Add sarso seeds curry leaves and all the other veggies one by one and cook well. Add turmeric and then add poha add salt sugar a little and mix well and cover the lid for 2 min in low flame. Poha is ready now. You can add coriander over it and add peanuts and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix.

Poha is ready now serve hot
