Ingredients

  • 1& 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonsSalt
  • Meat
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Ginger powder
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Flour for gum
  • 1/2and 1/8 water

Steps

    Firstly in a clean bowl add your flour with salt and mix it and add water and knead it

  2. 2

    Divide your dough into 6 pieces

  3. 3

    Take one dough and spread it and apply oil on it and flour take the other dough and cover it roll it until it flattened, do it to the rest of d dough

  4. 4

    Take your do and bake it after that divide it into 4 part and separate it in 8 pieces

  5. 5

    Take one of it and make triangular shape

  6. 6

    Add your minced meat which is fry with onion, paprika, curry, garlic powder and ginger powder

  7. 7

    Take the dough which is in triangular shape and put the meat and cover it with flour which is mixed with water

  8. 8

    Do it to the rest of the dough

  9. 9

    Lastly fry your samosa
