Add the oil and butter in the pan. Chop onion and garlic and ginger roughly add to it.

Peel the tomato skin and Chop roughly. Then add the tomato in the pan.

Add uncooked rice in it and some pepper then add water and salt to cook. Close the lid. Cook for 5 - 10 minute.

Turn off the flame and cool down the tomato in the pan then grind the mixture in the jar and then add the grinded tomato in pan again and cook for 5 min. Add water as you like more thick or thin.

Garnish with coriander and croutons and sprinkle some black pepper. Now the soup is ready. Serve hot. Good in winters.
