Wash and grate the cauliflower. Add salt. Leave it for 10 mins.

Meanwhile, Take wheat flour in a paraat. Add salt and knead a soft dough. Sprinkle 1tsp. oil punch and knead properly for 5min. Cover it with a moist cloth. For 10 mins.

Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger chili garlic paste. Squeeze-grated cauliflower. And add in a pan. Add red chili powder garam masala cumin-coriander powder dry mango powder salt and saute. Lastly, add mint and coriander leaves. Turn off the flame. Transfer to a bowl.

Now make a medium-size ball from the dough. And roll it. like a chapati
Fill a mixture and seal properly. Again roll it. and roast on iron tawa with ghee. - 5
Tasty healthy Gobhi paratha is ready to serve. Serve hot with a butter onion ring and lemon wedges green chili with Curd.
