2Granny Smith apples
4parsnips
1 tspground cinnamon
1onion
1vegetable stock

Peele and chop the onion, apples and parsnips.

Saute the onion.

Add al the ingredients to the soup maker and set it to smooth.

Add salt and pepper. You can also add single cream, crème fraîche or grated cheddar cheese if you want.
