  • ૩ કપ ઘઉંનો લોટ
  • મીઠું સ્વાદ મુજબ
  • ૧ કપ જીણી સમારેલી મેથી
  • ૧ ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
  • ૧ ચમચી ધાણાજીરૂ
  • ૧ ચમચી હળદર
  • ૪ પાવળા તેલ
  • ચપટી હિંગ
  • તેલ થેપલા શેકવા માટે જરૂર મુજબ
  • સર્વિગ માટે. :
  • દહીં
  • લીલા મરચાં

  1. 1

    સૌ પ્રથમ લોટને ચાળી ઉપર મુજબની બધી જ સામગ્રી ઉમેરી દો. તેલ નું મોણ દઈ નરમ લોટ બાંધી લો.

    હવે તેના થેપલા વણી લો અને તેને ગરમ તવા પર બંને બાજુ તેલ મૂકી શેકી લો.

    ગરમા ગરમ ચા કે દહીં સાથે પીરસો.
