Peel and cut gourd

Take out all ingredients in plate

Take a pan add Lauki and water and also add salt, Zeera, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garlic paste.cook on medium flame

When it become soft add 3 Tbsp oil and mashed with help of spoon

When it is ready off the stove.serve with loaf Or rice
