Sabudana Vada of leftover khichdi

Cooking Instructions

Take leftover sabudana khichdi in thali, add boiled and peeled potatoes.

Smash the potatoes and mix it with khichdi,add salt as required, red chilli powder,cumin seeds,ground nut powder, curry leaves all in above-mentioned quantity. Mix all the ingredients well take little cooking oil separately to grease your palm and start making vadaas.

You can give round shape or oval shape or any as you wish. I have given oval shape.

Heat cooking oil in kadhai start putting Vadaas.Keep the flame low and start deep frying vadaas. Flame has to be adjusted on low and medium since there is possibility that vada can crack on high flame. Slowly flame can be adjusted from medium to high then medium again. Delicious and tasty leftover sabudana khichdi vadaas are ready.
Serve hot with chutney or tomato 🍅 ketchup. Good for fasting days,but with chutney not ketchup.. Enjoy 😊😋
