Wash and soak sago in water for 2-3 hours.

Roast peanuts and separate it's skin. Grind together with green chillies, cumin seeds and ginger.

Peel potato and grate it.

Add sago in mixing bowl add grinded peanuts mixture, salt, red chilli pwder and grated potato, chopped coriander mix it well and make a dough

Pick a small piece of dough and and make a flat vada of it. Repeat process and make 5-6 vadas

Heat oil in kadhai add caraway carefully in it and deep fry it on low to medium flame...fry vadas crisper. Don fry on high flame because sometimes it may raw in between.

Remove it from oil

Serve it with curd or coriander chutany.
