Wash and dry bhindi. Chop it. Now add, red chilli powder, dhanya powder, amchur powder, and 1 tspoon oil. Mix well

Now dry roast besan for 5 minutes. Keep aside. Heat oil in pan.

Add mustard seed, turmeric powder. Add bhindi to it. Mix well

Cook well. Now add roasted besan. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add some amchur powder and salt. Serve hot
