Firstly, in a large kadai heat ghee, fry nuts till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.

Now in the same ghee, add bay leaf cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, shahi jeera, fry them on low flame.

Add finely chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, saute till it turns golden brown, add carrot, potato and peas.

Fry it for 3 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked.

Add spices, cook it on low heat. After this add saffron milk.

Mix it well, add cooked rice and salt to it.

Now, mix it slowly so that everything gets mixed well.

Cover and cook it for 3 minutes or till all the flavors are absorbed in it.

Add dry fruits, coriander and lemon juice, mix well.

Finally, Shahi Pulao is ready to be served with your favorite curry.
