  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2sp besan
  • 1sp green chilly paste
  • 1sp ginger paste
  • 1red chilly
  • 5curry leaves
  • 1cunnamon stick
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2cloves
  • 3peppercorns
  • 1/2jeera
  • 1/2sp mustard seeds
  • 2sp ghee
  • 1/2sp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Ti mixi jar add curd,besan, green chilly paste,ginger paste,salt and water blend it to smooth.

    Heat ghee in kadai add mustard,jeera,red chilly,bay leaf, cinnamon, pepper corns,cloves curry leaves then add blend curd mixture,adjust consistency and cook till thickens.
