Ingredients

  • 4eggplants
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupchopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoonconsommé powder or chicken powder
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast eggplants in pan. Peel skin. Cut and press like this photo

    Make egg and green onion mixture. Season with chicken powder and pepper. Dip eggplants in it.
