  • 1/4 TSPsalt
  • 1/4 TSPblack pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbspGhee or veg oil
  • 1 loafbread

    Whisk the egg,add in the milk and salt and black pepper and combine them

  2. 2

    Heat the pan, drizzle the ghee,and then dip each bread slice in the batter and fry on the pan on medium heat.Fry to brown.repeat for all slices.

    Nyum breakfast is ready to serve with hot tea 🌟
