Steps

Take 5 big scoops or medium size bowl of wheat flour in big flat vessel,Half peeled and grated Bottlegourd. I had grated and stored it for sometime so here it looks brownish. You can grate it freshly and add. Before adding grated lauki in flour squeeze it nicely unless all the water is removed.

Bottlegourd should be cut in half, peeled and grated as shown in the pic 👇

Keep the following ingredients ready to mix and knead the dough.

Now start making dough by adding water as required add Red chilli powder,ajwain, turmeric,cumin coriander powder,quantity as mentioned above,little chopped coriander leaves,salt as per taste and 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Once you knead the dough let it rest for 10 min. Then start making parathas.Take non sticky pan or regular tawa and start cooking parathas keep medium flame. Apply oil on both the sides of parathas.

Delicious and nutritious parathas are ready to eat. Serve hot with chutney or Cucumber sabzi here I have served with cucumber sabzi they taste absolutely yummy 😋😋
