Ingredients

6-8 people
  • 250 gmAamla
  • 300 gmjaggery
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • as requiredSalt
  • 2 tspsaunf
  • 1/4 tspdana methi
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1/2 tspKalaunji
  • 1 pinchAsofoetida
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder

  1. 1

    Boil the Aamla in cooker take 3-4 whistle then mash it

    Then take a woke and heat the oil and put asofoetida,methi,cumin seed,saunf.Then add Aamla,Red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt.Then at last jaggery into it.Mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes.
