Wash rice, add salt & cook it. After cooking spread it in big plate. Don't toss much.

Heat oil in pan. When oil gets heated, add garlic, ginger and green chili. Saute for a minute.

Add onion and carrot. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cabbage. Saute for another 2 minutes. Add capsicum. Add little salt. It will help vegetables to cook faster.

Stir all vegetables on high medium flame.

Add soya sauce, red chili sauce and black pepper powder. Cook vegetables 90%.

Add cooked rice. We have added salt in cooked rice and in vegetables so no need to add salt at this stage.

Cover lid cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Toss slowly so that grains of rice can't break.

Garnish with spring onion. Have it hot. Or enjoy it with manturian gravy.
