Peel your arrow roots and wash

In a pan put oil and onions and garlic fry them,then add your arrow roots mix it with the onions and garlic

Add your spices tumeric paprika and royco cube yummy

Then mix and add two chopped tomatoes add some water and cover it let it cook then garnish with coriander

Let it cook for 30 minutes,serve it for breakfast with some tea or coffee enjoy 😉
