Fluffy Egg and Shrimp Chili Stir-Fry Fluffy Egg and Shrimp Chili Stir-Fry
I like shrimp chili, so I made a version that my kids could eat too! They eat it up while telling me how delicious it is.In order to make the egg fluffy, first heat in the pan and then pour all of the egg mixture at once, reducing to a low heat once it has cooked halfway through. Make sure to quickly mix in the shrimp chili! Add doubanjiang if you want to spice it up. For 4 people. Recipe by RIKA MAMA cookpad.japan -

Low-Calorie Shrimp Stir-Fry in Chili Mayo Sauce Low-Calorie Shrimp Stir-Fry in Chili Mayo Sauce
I love classic, creamy shrimp mayo, but mayonnaise plus condensed milk has way too many calories for my daughter and me. I didn't omit the mayo from this shrimp mayo dish and I substituted sweet chili sauce for the milk; It's still delicious. If you want to reduce the sweetness, you can substitute for the chili sauce. For children, you can use half the amount of sweet chili sauce and ketchup for the other half, creating a cute, pink-colored shrimp mayo dish with reduced spiciness. If you overcook the shrimp they will get hard and shrink, so quickly remove from heat and dress them. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

Stir-fried Scallops with Lemongrass and Chili Stir-fried Scallops with Lemongrass and Chili
I really love eating scallops. Normally the best way is to grill with charcoal. But we don't often have much time to grill things. This time I cook this dish to solve 2 things "satisfy the appetite for scallops and refresh the taste for my family". The soft and sweet flesh of scallops becomes a little chewy when stir-fried, mixed well with the aroma of lemongrass, the pungency of chili, salty and sweet taste enhanced by spices. Let's cook! Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce
I wanted to come up with a simple dish for dinner using sweet chili sauce. You can just chop up the tomato if you like, but I cut it into wedges to enjoy their fresh flavor. Don't stir fry the tomato for too long.Have you tried sweet chili sauce? It's a bit sour, sweet, and just a bit spicy. I'm addicted to it. It's ok for kids too if you adjust the amount!! I've really been into sweet chili sauce recently, and I use it to flavor chikuwa fish sticks and wiener sausages for bentos too. For 3 servings. Recipe by salada mama cookpad.japan
