Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuplong grain rice rinsed well
  2. 8 cupsfiltered water
  3. 2-4 tbspcocao powder
  4. 1 cupcoconut sugar or white sugar
  5. 2 tspvanilla
  6. 2 dashcinnamon optional
  7. 2 pinchsea salt
  8. 1 cupmilk of choice evaporated milk or nut milk
  9. 2 tbspcondensed milk topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse rice in instapot. Add water, cocao & sugar to Instant pot & seal lid. Set for 25 minutes.

    Quick release when done. Turn and open lid carefully. Stir & add milk. Add vanilla & cinnamon. If needed, add cocao powder.

  3. 3

    Let stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Serve in bowl, top with condensed milk.
