Steps

Place a pan of vegetable oil on medium heat

Stir fry chopped garlic,onion and ginger

Add all vegetables except sweet corn, liver and red pepper

Add seasoning,thyme and curry

Add per boiled rice and mix

Add meat stock and little water if needed, though depending on the type of rice used

Cover till cooked, add sweet corn and liver, mix and allow it to steam

Serve
