For Chicken Manchurian Balls - in a blender add Chicken Mince, ginger, garlic paste, egg, black pepper powder, salt, soya sauce, corn flour, slice of bread broken, green chillies. Blend to a smooth paste and set aside

Grease your palm and make balls

In a pan heat oil and add the balls, keep flame to medium for 1 mins, don’t touch the balls to flip sides, let it cook. Reduce the flame and flip sides and fry on low flame until golden in colour, set aside on kitchen towel and fry the rest

For Gravy - in a pan heat oil, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chilies, toss on high flame for 1 min, add cubed onions and spring onion whites and toss for 2 mins or until onions softened

Add cubed red & green capsicums and toss for 1 mins. Add oyster sauce, ketchup, pepper powder and toss well. Add 1/4 cup water and cook for 2 mins

Add 1/4 cup water and add cornflour slurry. Add fried Manchurian Balls and coat well.

Add chopped coriander leaves and spring onion greens. Mix and coat well and set aside

Plate and drizzle sesame oil, garnish with sesame seeds and add some more chopped coriander leaves and chopped spring onion greens. Enjoy 😊
