Steps

Grate half portion of medium size cabbage,1 medium size peeled and grated carrot,half portion of cauliflower grated, 50 grams finely chopped French beans keep all these ingredients in big size flat vessel.

Add salt as per taste and squeeze the vegetable to remove water from it

Now peel and grate the boiled potatoes.

Add chopped green chillies add 1 tsp chilli sauce add little chopped coriander and mix all the ingredients well.

Now add 4tsp of corn flour and 4tsp of maida.

Now add bread crumbs of 3 white breads in the mixture and mix all the ingredients well.

Now grease your palm with oil and start making Lollipops as shown below

Fix the ice-cream sticks in middle of the balls and give oval shape. Should look like this👇

Once the lollipops are ready heat adequate cooking oil in kadhai to deep fry lollipops.

Deep fry lollipops and keep them aside.

Procedure to make sauce for Lollipops. Keep the following ingredients ready.

1)Heat 1tbsp of oil in kadhai,add 2 teaspoons of garlic and 2 teaspoons of ginger and saute it 2) Add chopped green chillies.

Add chopped onions and saute it until little brown in colour

Add little water in it and add salt as per taste, add 2 pinch of black pepper powder, add 1 small TSP of vinegar.

Now add 2 teaspoons of soya sauce 2 teaspoons of red chilli sauce and half teaspoon food colour.

Now take one teaspoon of corn flour in one small bowl add little water and make corn starch and add in it in the sauce to thicken the gravy.

Keep moving the spatula,the gravy will thicken after adding corn starch. Add little soya sauce if required here I have added little more soya sauce.

Now dip the lollipops in the gravy. Garnish it with little coriander wrap the ice-cream sticks with aluminium foil to give a nice look. RESTAURANT STYLE VEG LOLLIPOPS ARE READY THEY TASTE AWESOMe. Absolutely mouthwatering...😋😋😍😍😍😍
