Clean the chicken pieces and place them in a bowl
Add all the spices, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, all-purpose flour and salt to this
Mix well until the chicken pieces are well coated. You can also mix the marinade ingredients first in the bowl and then add the chicken pieces and mix them together. - 2

Next, heat the oil in a heavy-based pan and put the chicken pieces into it.

Deep-fry over a medium flame, till the chicken is tender. It takes 15 minutes.Then remove it from oil cut into small pieces. Set aside.

For Rice : Crack the eggs into a small bowl and beat them together.
Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the beaten eggs and scramble them for about a minute. Transfer the eggs to a dish and turn off the heat. - 6

Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoon of oil into a wok over high heat. Add the garlic, onion and cook them for about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the carrot and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt. Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste mix it well. Now add 1 tbsp pepper powder mix it well.

Add the cooked rice into the pan or wok and cook for several minutes, until the rice is heated through. If there are large clumps of rice, break them apart with the back of your spatula.

Add the soy sauce, Tomato sauce,oyster sauce, sesame oil mix and stir. Then Add the scrambled eggs, fried chicken pieces stir to mix again. Garnish with coriander leaves Serve immediately.
