How to bleach palm oil...put your pot on fire once it's hot, reduce the gas to the lowest and add your palm oil
Cover the pot and do not open it while it's bleaching
Leave the palm oil on fire for 20 mins
After 20 mins turn off the gas and leave it to cool - 2
Cook your Pomo and chop
Cook your beef and Shaki also and dice them
Boil your eggs and keep aside
(remove the seeds in your tatashe and Shombo before blending) - 3
Chop your onions in a food processor then sieve out excess water
You can also wear a rubber glove to squeeze out excess water also
- set your onions aside and do the same process for your peppers - 4
Fry cooked beef/ shaki in bleached oil for some mins then set aside

Fry your onions for some mins then add iru(locust beans) and grinded crayfish..leave it to fry for some mins

Add your pepper mix next and leave it to fry for some minutes

Add your cooked Pomo, fried meats and boiled egg then mix all together

Add your crayfish maggi, salt and more crayfish..then add a little meat stock
Leave it to cook for some mins and your food is ready - 9
I don't use a lot oil in my ata rodo because I don't think it's really healthy
- adding meat stock makes it taste better
