Assemble chopped Veggies

In moderately heated pan / wok, add oil allow to heat, then add onion and sauté till translucent and soft, then add all chilli vegetables and say till soft yet crunchy by adding little salt.
Mix masala mix into water and prepare a mixture. - 3
Then add the masala mixture into it and give a good mix, then add cooked rice and mix gently.
Cook for 4-5 minutes under low to medium flame. Cover and keeep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes.
Dish is ready. - 4
Serve hot hot with Chilli Paneer Gravy or with any of your favourite gravy dish.
