Burnt Garlic Veg Fried Rice

Assemble ingredients, chop veggies

In moderately heated pan / wok, add oil, allow to heat, then add garlic and sauté for few seconds till golden brown, then add onion and sauté till slight soft and turns pinkish.

Then add all veggies one by one + little salt and sauté till veggies turn soft yet crunchy.

Veggies shrinks, add the sauces and mix nicely. Then add cooked rice and mix gently. Check for salt.

Cook for few minutes under low to medium flame, now dish is ready.

Garnish with spring onion greens and Serve hot hot with veg Manchurian or paneer chilli.
