Palak pakoda chaat recipe

Firstly, in a bowl take besan and rice flour, add all spices and mix well.

Add water and mix well. Mix the mixture to make a smooth and lump free thick batter.

Dip the spinach leaves in the prepared gram flour solution. Fry this leaf in hot oil.

Stir occasionally and fry till golden and crisp on both the sides.

Take out the pakoda on tissue paper. Place the palak pakoda on a plate.

Pour 1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp imli ki chutney and green chutney over it.

Also sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala, cumin powder, aamchur powder, chilli powder.

Then pour 3 tbsp over it. Add onion and tomato.

Again add 1 tsp imli chutney and green chutney.

Finally, palak chaat is ready to be served.
