Steps

Soak sago pearls for 6-7 hours, strain excess water and keep aside.
Mash boiled potatoes and keep aside - 2
Now add sago pearls + cumin seeds + green chilli + salt to mashed potato and mix well. Pinch medium size of mixture and give shape of Tikkis / cutlets.
Slightly Coat with corn flour and keep aside. - 3
Heat oil in pan, Shallow fry both sides till crisp and golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side till golden brown.

Tikki / Cutlets is ready to serve.

Serve with green Chutney and let kids enjoy this healthy food to the fullest.
