Sabudana / Sago Tikki or Cutlet is a quick fix snacking to satisfy evening hunger pangs of kids and can be prepared very easily with two major ingredients like potato and Sago which is easy available in kitchen.

Steps

Soak sago pearls for 6-7 hours, strain excess water and keep aside.
Mash boiled potatoes and keep aside - 2
Now add sago pearls + cumin seeds + green chilli + salt to mashed potato and mix well. Pinch medium size of mixture and give shape of Tikkis / cutlets.
Slightly Coat with corn flour and keep aside. - 3
Heat oil in pan, Shallow fry both sides till crisp and golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side till golden brown.

Tikki / Cutlets is ready to serve.

Serve with green Chutney and let kids enjoy this healthy food to the fullest.
