Ingredients

15 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  • For the dough
  • 2 1/2 cupsflour (about 300 grams)
  • 1large pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoonsneutral oil
  • 2/3 cupwarm water (about 150 ml)
  • For the topping
  • 2leeks
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1/3 cupwater (about 80 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonscream
  • 1 tablespoonwhole grain mustard
  • 3 1/2 ouncesbacon pieces (about 100 grams)
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    DOUGH

    Place the flour, salt, and oil in a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook and start mixing.

    Gradually add the water.

    Mix until the dough is smooth and uniform.

    Set aside.

  2. 2

    TOPPING

    Clean and slice the leeks into thin rounds.

    Heat the oil in a skillet, then add the leeks.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.

    Stir in the cream and mustard.

  3. 3

    ASSEMBLY

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Roll out the dough thinly.

    Spread the leek mixture over the dough and top with the bacon pieces.

    Bake for 15 minutes.
