We train our tertiary students some biz ideas and teach some Practically. Yoghurt is among and I coach them how to make and modify different types of Yoghurt.

Add milk and water into your pan add cornstarch then turn well to dissolve everything into fine paste put to boil by stirring till boiled

Allow to cool to 45 degrees centigrade then add ready made Yoghurt and tbsn sugar by taking part of milk and the Yoghurt with sugar then mix and cover in warm place for 4hrs once it reaches 4hrs your Yoghurt should be ready.

Slice fruit of your choice add any sweetener if needed add all and refrigerate. Enjoy when cooled in fridge.
