  • 2 bowlsMix pulses flour - handavo pre mix
  • 1/2 bowlsemolina
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspall hot spices powder
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • as neededWater
  • 1 tbspgreen chillii paste
  • 1 tbspginger garlic taste
  • 1/2pouch eno
  • As RequiredEdible oil
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take handavo premix add semolina and curd all spices, turmeric, salt, cumin, green chilies paste, ginger garlic taste mix it in the vessel and put aside to get fermentation.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan and add oil, add mustard, and sesame seeds then add fermented material after adding water and cover it with a lid and steam it on low medium flame.

  3. 3

    Take stick put it in steamed handavo and if the stick is clear then it is cooked properly then Serve it.
