Mexican Wrap Roll🌯
Steps

First prepare the Rajma
Cook them in Pressure cooker by giving 5-7 whistle
Take the pan add oil and ghee now Crackle Cumin seeds and saute tomatoes and onion and cook them for about 10mins till they are mashy and now add the boiled Rajma, add all the spices to them and mix them well. Keep them aside. - 2
Now take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds and saute the vegetables(Beans, Carrot, corn and other of your choice... add salt to them and lastly mix up the boiled rice and give a nice mix and keep aside.

Now prepare Whole Wheat flour, oil, salt and water and bind semi-soft dough and prepare the Wrap for the Roll.

Now place in the centre with Rice layer and over them Rajma, close them and roast them in butter or ghee and serve them with Chutney or ketchup
