Soak mushroom in warm salted water for few minutes then wash nicely. Cut into desired size and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add butter, allow to melt then add onion and sauté for for 1-2 minutes till soft and translucent, then add chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown. Then add chopped mushroom and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Gradually mushroom leaves water, add black pepper and cook further till mushroom turn soft.
Lastly make a slurry of water + corn flour and pour into mushroom and stir well. Add chilli flakes + salt + coriander and cook further till mushroom turns creamy. - 3
Now break one egg, add salt + pepper powder and whisk well.

Take roti

Place pan on low heat, add oil, pour egg mixture, spread evenly all over and cook for 1-2 minutes under low flame, place roti and press gently.

Now flip and cook the other side (keeping roti side on pan), add the mushroom filling on any one side of it.

Cook for few seconds and start rolling / wrapping gently and carefully.
Follow the same process with rest of the rotis. - 8
Mushroom Egg Wrap is ready to serve.

Serve with tomato ketchup and salad.
