Take a plate / thali, place a roti and cut quarter part of roti.

First add the prepared mushroom filling on any one quarter, then apply tomato sauce and place cucumber and tomato slices on second quarter.
Then add amaranth on third quarter. - 3
Apply tomato ketchup on fourth quarter and place cucumber and tomato slices.

Now have to start wrapping, first start with the mushroom filling quarter where we have the cut the roti.
First wrap / cover vertically then horizontally and again vertically and finally all filling is covered. - 5
Now place tawa / pan on low flame, grease nicely and place the wrap and toast for around 1 minute till it turns crisp and golden brown.

Flip and toast the other side for few seconds.

Healthy Mushroom Wrap is ready to serve.

Serve with salad and tomato ketchup.
