1 bowlbesan/gram flour
as per tasteSalt and red chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala
as neededoil
2 tspCoriander leaves
2green chillies
2 tspGinger garlic paste

Take a dudhi and grate it.

Add one bowl besan to it add, salt, turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala, coriander leaves, green chillies to it

Mix well and make small koftas and deep fry them.
