1potato boil and mash
Pinchchilli flakes
Pinchsalt
Pinchblack pepper
Sev as required
1 tspbutter

Take mash potato and add chilli,salt,pepper and mix it

Mix it and fill in biscuits

Apply butter in corners and apply sev in it.
