Soya granules with potato and fresh green peas

Take a microwave safe bowl. Put soya granules and green peas. Add water covering them.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Then strain. Wash under running water nicely. Squeeze to remove the extra water. Keep aside. - 2
Keep all the other ingredients ready.

Next heat oil. Put the whole spices. Add chopped onion. Saute till brownish. Next add ginger garlic paste and saute it's rawness is lost. Next add potatoes. Saute for some time. Next add the strained soya granules and green peas.

Mix well. Let it be on slow to medium heat for some time. Stir mix occasionally. As it changes colour, add the prepared tomato paste.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and meat masala. Mix and cook till all the flavours combine well with each other. - 5
Next add water.
Cook at slow to medium heat.
Now add kasuri methi and slit green chillies.
As everything comes into a nice boil, put garam masala.
Let it be on medium heat.
As you reach the required consistency, switch the heat off. - 6
Cover for some time.
Serve then!
