An easy recipe with the fresh Corn on the cobs. It's a treat to the tastebuds. Delectable and super delicious Corns are ready in no time at all. These are effortlessly done in an oven with a few simple ingredients. And the star ingredient being the Sumac, it's creamy, smoky, tangy and absolutely flavourful. You will definitely like it for sure. Not only the Middle Eastern Herb Sumac adds a perfect zing to the recipe, it also adds to their gorgeous looks. The Corns look so beautiful with the awesome colour combinations.
All thanks to this, it makes for a worthwhile Brunch, a perfect Snack and an ultimate anytime munchie as well.

Kids would just love it more than anything else and would devour it gladly as an afterschool Snack. It can also be served with some Mozzarella Cheese too which is the favourite of all the Children.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

  2. 2

Bake these for about 40 minutes or so as desired in the preheated fan assisted oven on the centre rack. That's it. You can bake it accordingly. If you like it more crisper, then go ahead with it. But if you prefer it a bit more juicier, then bake it for 40-45 minutes.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
