Radish leaves mini pancakes (chila)

In a pan add oil then onion, saute then add tomatoes, and salt, and cook for 2mts. Then add chopped raddish leaves and red chili powder.

Cook for 2mts more and the stuffing is ready.

Now for the batter, in a bowl add, gram flour, rice flour, and oats powder add a bit of water, and curd., mix well.

Now add semolina more water and soda, to form a smooth batter.

In the batter add the stuffing mixture. Mix well. It's ready to go for pancakes.

In a tawa, I have used this one with 4 portions. Grease it. Pour a tablespoon of mixture and cook well on both sides.

Pancakes are ready to serve with green chutney or sauces. Enjoy hot pancakes in winter.
