Frittata with Peas and Ham

Frittata with Peas and Ham
Steps
- 1
Cut the cooked ham into strips, then dice it. Set aside.
- 2
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté until softened, then add the peas. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3
Add the diced ham to the skillet with the peas. Adjust salt and black pepper to taste, and cook for about 5 more minutes.
- 4
Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and milk, then whisk well to combine.
- 5
Once the peas and ham are cooked, pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- 6
Flip the frittata using a lid to help, and cook until the other side is golden brown.
- 7
Remove from heat and transfer the frittata to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- 8
After a few minutes, remove the paper towels, slice the frittata, plate, and serve with peas and ham.
