First of all, preheat your oven on 200° and set the timer for about 50 minutes. Meanwhile apply Butter or Oil and Salt on the Corns. Spread them on a butter paper-lined baking tray.

Bake these for about 40 minutes or so as desired in the preheated fan assisted oven on the centre rack. That's it. You can bake it accordingly. If you like it more crisper, then go ahead with it. But if you prefer it a bit more juicier, then bake it for 40-45 minutes.

Sprinkle lots of Sumac on each just before serving. Enjoy! Yum!
