In a large bowl, mix chicken, soy sauce, salt, pepper and 1 egg

Add 6 tablespoons of corn flour to the bowl. Mix thoroughly. All chicken pieces should be well coated.

Fry chicken in batches of 8 or so minutes

For the Sauce:
Into a pot add the chicken stock, lemon juice, sugar and mix well. - 5
Add to the pot the lemon slices and the honey.

Check the flavor. Add sugar or honey if too sour.

Add 6 tablespoons of slurry (3 table spoons of corn flour and water, each)

Boil for 5-7 minutes or more for thicker consistency.
Remove the lemon slices and zest half a lemon into the pot. - 9
Pour sauce over chicken and serve. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
