Take a pan. Add ginger garlic. Add spring onion, capsicum.

Add carrot and cabbage. Soute it for some time. Add pepper powder and salt.

Add more spring onion and coriander leaves. Add all sauce and ketchup.

Mix it well. Add boiled noodles. Mix it well. Let it cool.

Take maida. Add salt. With some water, knead the dough. Divide into equal portions. Roll it in round shape. Add prepare stuffing. Cover it and give shape of momos. Deep fry it on medium flame. Serve hot.
