Wash veggies properly.Heat oil in a pressure cooker.Add beans,aloo & methi.

Then add all masala ingredients and combine well,cover with a lid & after one whistle turn off the flame.

Reopen the lid & continue roasting it over the flame until the water has evaporated.

Transfer to a serving bowl garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot 🔥.
