Cauliflower manchurian/gobhi manchurian is a popular Indo-chinese dish made with deep fried crispy cauliflower florets tossed in spicy sweet and tangy umami-rich manchurian sauce,served as an appetizer or side dish,it can be served both in dry and gravy versions
Cooking Instructions

Boil 4glasses of water with 2 tsp salt wash and clean cauliflower florets, add to the boiling water, let it boil for about 3-4 minutes, strain, and keep aside.

Now in a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt add water and make a thin slurry add cauliflower florets to it mix thoroughly, add two tsp dry cornstarch flour again mix well.make sure florets are well coated.

Deep fry these florets on medium flame, just let it turn a little golden color, take out and let it cool down for five minutes, again put oil on high flame, flash fry florets again in hot oil and take out it gives perfect crispy ness to the florets.

Heat up deep saucepan add two tbsp of oil on high flame, add chopped green chilies, garlic, and onion, saute for two minutes, add soya sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, saute for a minute add 3tbsp water mix well, now add cornflour slurry bit by bit mix nicely, add in fried cauliflower florets mix well, garnish with chopped coriander leaves/chopped spring onion. Serve hot.
