Steps

Prepare stuffing by mixing all ingredients with grated mooli.

Make rotis with pedas. Cover the mooli stuffing on one flat roti with 2nd roti.

Put the roti over preheated tawa. sprinkle some cooking oil & roast from both sides.

Mooli parantha is ready to serve with curd,chai, or chutney & enjoy 😋
