Steps

In a kadai add oil, once hot, lower the flame and add methi, hing and dried chilli
Saute till methi odour comes - 2
Immediately add cut potatoes and saute so that it doesn’t mash
Let it be fried for 2-3 minutes till Aloo starts becoming red
Add salt - 3
In the meantime dry roast til seeds and grind it once gets cold
Now again in the same jar add 1/2 katori imli(tamatind) pulpy water
Again churl - 4
Add this til solution in kadai and saute
Add some water also and cover it for 3-4 minutes on lower flame - 5
After say 4-5 minutes you will find oil starts coming up, at this stage add kashmiri mirch and put out the lid
Saute and cook for another 3/4 minutes
You will find it gets little thick
Switch off and garnish it with hara dhaniya
