It'z a fried and steamed Momos.
Steps

Mix the flour and lukewarm water untilled ready a dough

Cover the mixture and leave to sit at room temperature for 30 mints

To make masala mixture. Make chicken qeema. Add fresh veggies and dry ingredients (salt,black pepper, red chilli flakes) 2 tbs soya sauce and vinegar.and make a rich mixture

Make little balls from dough and spread cut small round pieces
- 5
Put fillings in round pces and give them different shapes as you want.

You can make steamed moms or fried moms as you want. I fried and steamed some as well

And fried too. Both were yummy amd tasty.
